Hoạch định chiến lược

Tham mưu, tư vấn về định hướng, chiến lược phát triển chung của Công ty trong ngắn hạn/ trung và dài hạn cho TGD và HDQT
Tham mưu, đề xuất về Cơ cấu tổ chức/ chức năng nhiệm vụ, bộ máy điều hành của Công ty nhằm thực hiện được các mục tiêu/ nhiệm vụ được giao phó
Đề xuất triển khai xây dựng và ban hành các Quy chế/ Chính sách một cách toàn diện nhằm điều hành, quản lý mọi mặt của Công ty đảm bảo đúng các Quy định của Luật pháp và Điều lệ của Công ty.
Tư vấn, đề xuất triển khai ứng dụng các hệ thống, mô hình, phương pháp quản lý hiệu quả phù hợp với năng lực và yêu cầu của tổ chức trong ngắn, trung và dài hạn

Quản trị/điều hành

Quản lý các hoạt động chung của Công ty theo đúng Chức năng/ nhiệm vụ và Quyền hạn của Tổng Giám đốc điều hành (Quy định trong Điều lệ hoạt động của Công ty và các Văn bản khác).
Chủ trì các cuộc họp liên quan đến hoạt động điều hành hàng ngày của Công ty, đưa ra các kết luận và chỉ đạo các hoạt động của các Phòng/ Ban chức năng trong phạm vi quyền hạn được giao.
Tổ chức bộ máy nhân sự/ điều chuyển, sắp xếp hợp lý nguồn nhân lực, tài chính … trong nội bộ Công ty đảm bảo các yêu cầu về nguồn lực và thực hiện các mục tiêu của TGD & HĐQT.
Đại diện/ Thay mặt TGD & HĐQT trong việc tiếp nhận xử lý các công việc hành chính, pháp lý với nội bộ CB-CNV trong Công ty và với Cơ quan, đoàn thể khác.
Đề xuất, xây dựng/ triển khai các hệ thống nhằm đảm bảo thực hiện tốt các chức năng điều hành các hoạt động của Công ty một cách hiệu quả.
Xây dựng, triển khai và chịu trách nhiệm về các Kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng Quý, hàng tháng để có các giải pháp để điều chỉnh kịp thời những vấn đề phát sinh.

Yêu cầu:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trơ lên chuyên ngành Kinh Tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Thương mại
5 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương.
Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hoạch định, quản lý, điều hành doanh nghiệp
Có khả năng thiết lập và vận hành doanh nghiệp, có sự chủ động và nhiệt huyết để đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh và các mục tiêu thương mại
Năng lực: kinh doanh nhạy bén, giao tiếp thành thạo, giải quyết vấn đề, phân tích, quản lý dự án, tư duy chiến lược, gắn kết và phát triển nguồn lực con người
