Điều 5: Cam kết của các Bên
Bên A và Bên B chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về những nội dung cam kết sau đây:
1. Bên B đã được giải thích và hiểu rằng việc hỗ trợ ngân hàng (đối với những khách hàng có nhu
cầu vay) chỉ được thẩm định sau khi hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ chính thức đã được ký kết.
2. Việc giao kết hợp đồng này hoàn toàn tự nguyện, không bị lừa dối hoặc ép buộc.
3. Bên B đã đọc kỹ và hiểu rõ về hồ sơ pháp lý dự án, thiết kế căn hộ, mẫu hợp đồng, thực địa.
4. Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ tất cả các thỏa thuận đã ghi trong hợp đồng này.

Article 5: the commitment of the partiesParty A and party B is responsible before the law on the contents of the following commitments:1. Party A and Party B shall be responsible before law for the contents of the following commitments:
1. Party B has been explained and understood that the bank support (for those customers wishing
to borrow) was assessed only after the apartment purchase contract officially signed.
2. The conclusion of this agreement voluntarily, not being deceived or coerced.
3. Party B has carefully read and understand the project legal documents, design apartments, form contracts, in the field.
4. Properly and fully implement all the agreements stated in this agreement.
