Preliminary research in this chapter was performed by direct exchange discussion with 10 clients who use the service at the tourist company Vietravel. Formal research is a study being done by interview survey through questionnaire quantitative research with the sample size is 160 clients. The scale components of service quality are adjusted and supplemented. Finally, the scale consists of two variables measuring the 5 components of quality service and 3 observation variables used to measure the scale of customer satisfaction. At the same time this chapter also describes information about samples of formal studies. The next chapter will present the results of research involves measuring scale test and study models.
