Trong thời hạn 01 ngày làm việc, phòng nhân gửi Quyết định kỷ luật lao động đến CBNV vi phạm để thực hiện. Trường hợp sa thải thì trong thời hạn 10 ngày, kể từ ngày ra quyết định phòng nhân sự phải gửi quyết định kỷ luật cho Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội, kèm theo biên bản xử lý kỷ luật lao động.
