Điểm đầu tuyến nối với đường tránh quốc lộ 1 đoạn tránh thành phố Biên Hòa, cách ngã ba Vũng Tàu 6,5 km. Điểm cuối tuyến tại km 68+670 đoạn Biên Hòa - Phú Mỹ - quốc lộ 51. Tổng mức đầu tư toàn bộ dự án khoảng 24,478 tỉ đồng.
