III. Thủ tục, quy định xin visa
1. Sau khi được đăng ký, công ty du lịch sẽ đại diện khách xin visa với các hồ sơ như sau:


a. Hộ chiếu người xin visa
b. Đơn xin visa có dán ảnh
c. Danh sách đoàn khách tham gia tour (Cần phải có văn bản đề nghị của công ty và đóng dấu của công ty du lịch phía Việt Nam)
d. Các giấy tờ chứng minh khả năng tài chính chi trả cho chuyến đi như các Giấy chứng nhận nghề nghiệp, Giấy chứng nhận số dư tài khoản ngân hàng, Giấy tờ nhà đất v.v. của người xin visa
e. Tài liệu chứng minh mối quan hệ giữa những người cùng tham gia đoàn tour (Trong trường hợp là gia đình và họ hàng)
