- Bàn giao Tài sản cho Bên nhận cầm

- Bàn giao Tài sản cho Bên nhận cầm cố trước hoặc ngay khi ký Hợp đồng này;
- Không được sử dụng Tài sản để cầm cố hoặc bảo đảm cho nghĩa vụ khác; không được chuyển nhượng, trao đổi, tặng cho, góp vốn hoặc bất kỳ hình thức nào chuyển quyền sở hữu, quyền sử dụng Tài sản trừ trường hợp được sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của Bên nhận cầm cố;
- Bên cầm cố có trách nhiệm bổ sung Tài sản, thay thế bằng biện pháp bảo đảm khác (nếu cần)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Hand over the property to the party receiving the pledge before or immediately after the signing of this contract;-Do not use the assets to pledge or guarantees for other obligations; non-transferable, Exchange, donation, raising capital or any form of transfer of ownership, the right to use the property except with the consent in writing of the pledge;-Parties to pledge additional assets responsibly, replaced by another guarantee measure (if needed)

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Handover of assets to The pledgee before or immediately after signing this contract;
- Do not use assets to pledge or guarantee of other obligations; non-transferable, exchange, donation or contribution of capital or any form to transfer ownership or rights to use assets except with written consent of the Pledgee;
- Pledger has additional responsibilities assets, replaced by other security measures (if necessary)
