› Thực hiện các công tác hướng dẫn du lịch trên tinh thần phục vụ chuyên nghiệp, sẵn sàng nhận công việc khi được giao.
› Hướng dẫn viên phụ trách mảng nào cần có kiến thức chuyên sâu về mảng mình hướng dẫn.
› Rèn luyện để đào tạo cho mình một phong cách nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát và sang tạo trong hoạt động nghề nghiệp.
› Tìm hiểu thông tin, nắm được những hiểu biết nhất định về văn hóa tập quán của các nền văn hóa khác nhau trên Thế giới để có cách ứng xử phù hợp.
› Luôn cập nhật thông tin ( tình hình giá cả, các thông tin về điểm đến,vv…) và nắm bắt sự thay đổi của các điểm đến hay chương trình du lịch để giải đáp chính xác khi khách có nhu cầu muốn biết. Cập nhật trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng, hoặc trực tiếp khảo sát trên thực tế, trong những ngày vắng khách.
›Thường xuyên ôn luyện và trau dồi thêm kiến thức mới, luôn luôn nắm chắc thông tin trong quá trình hướng dẫn.
› Tự trải nghiệm để có những kinh nghiệm trong công tác hướng dẫn cũng như kinh nghiệm xử lí các tình huống đặc biệt phát sinh.
› Xây dựng những chương trình tour mang nét riêng, độc đáo, đặc trưng của Công ty. Tổ chức những tour du lịch để khách cùng tham gia hoạt động vào những làng nghề, cuộc sống của người dân như trồng dâu nuôi tằm, đan lát…
› Xây dụng các chương tình tour dài ngày liên kết Buôn Ma Thuột với các địa phương khác ( về các tỉnh miền tây, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Vũng tàu…)
