Please do not talk to me about trust. THE REASON I CAME TO VIETNAM THIS TIME WAS OF MY TRUST OF YOUR WRITTEN UNDERTAKINGS AND the those of TRANG.

All of these written statements are a matter of record on file, so there isn't any argument about who said what.

These are a few of the reasons why I want your words to be verified and your documents to be confirmed:

1.) Despite PROMISES that there would be someone at IMMIGRATION AND PASSPORT CONTROL upon my arrival into Hanoi airport no one there.

This resulted in my being stuck there for nearly 2 hours.

2.) Upon arriving outside where I met 'Trang' I was ushered to a SUV and sat in the rear with 'Trang'.

A gentleman alighted into the passenger seat.
'Trang' never said a word.

A few minutes later he turned around and thrust his name card into my hand.
'Trang' still never said a word.

This man it was discovered much later, in fact days later from 'Trang' that she never knew him until that day.

This man could have been anyone.
Talk about lack of security and care. This person was Mr 'VO'.

3.) I insisted and was promised total security and safe accommodation.

'Trang' stated this would be in the Sofitel Hotel, which I knew to be over the top expense wise but was assured this was where I was to stay.

Instead the IBIS full of brokers along with Mr 'Vo' and his associates was the destination.

Anything and everything promised to get me to HCM at any cost.

4.) I was then subjected despite statements to the opposite that Mr 'Vo' represented someone from the 'Family' .This person turned out to be in need of some psychological assistance.
Mr 'Vo' became aggressive because I would not conform to ridiculous demands.
Mr 'Vo' then turned nasty. It appears now he was induced to pay for the IBIS Hotel accommodation.

So this presented another unsatisfactory issue when he refused to pay, which was resolved but not without embarrassment.

5.) It was then decided at a few minutes notice the same day to pack up and leave to a safe hotel which was owned by relatives of Minh Tuan, of course I fell for that as well WHY MINH, BECAUSE I TRUSTED YOU AND TRANG TO DO THE JOB I CAME TO DO.

6.) I was now 4 days into my visit and things were not going well at all.

PROMISES to see former Prime Minister Tan Dung within the first 3 days never materialised despite my constant enquiring when!.

Allegations that one Madame Ha had used my name to receive a transfer of 500.000 000 (Five Hundred Million Dollars)
Persuasion to issue a Statutory Declaration in order Trang's 'Public Security' 'BROTHER! 'Chuc' could seize the account and or force her to transfer the money.
Result You guessed it! ZERO

7.) Where were we oh Yes 'Trust'
I entered into conditional agreements with you, 'Trang' and your company to produce a situation whereupon the assets could be deposited and utilised for Government approved projects in Vietnam
RESULT ZERO.

8.) My airline ticket it turns out was only a business class into HCM and a baggage ride return trip with a story it had cost 5 thousand USD.

A full B/C ticket costs 3 thousand plus.

The ticket to still be in place until this day required 300 USD to keep it operative, both you and Trang several times assured me this would be done. It never was now I have to purchase a ticket myself.

9.) My visa expired and required extending no problem to do.

No problem to do if it is being done by clear minded persons, but oh NO, lets give it to one of your connections and delay the process in order to keep Alan under control.
I have to go to the 'POLICE' to get any action from anyone. I gave my passport on both of your words it was okay.
Oh it is very convenient to make excuses afterward it was this and it was that that and she said this and she said that. I was your responsibility

10.) The next is I find out the hotel bill has not been paid.
For 3 weeks every day I am told by 'Trang' it is being attended to by her 'BROTHER Chuc' from Public Security.

Well as we all know it was not paid which resulted in my being subjected to the threat of being taken to the POLICE Station because of my TRUSTING you to resolve the issue as undertaken by both you and 'Trang' prior to my agreeing to come back to Vietnam.

You left me to sink or swim on that day! Well I swam!.

In fact this was a pre-condition which you agreed to.

Why on earth should I pay from my family's funds to come here to give the country money and PAY FOR IT OUT OF MY OWN POCKET as well.

So MINH TUAN when you refer to the word TRUST you should understand what it means.

Before mentioning such words to me look in the mirror and ask yourself

"if I were Alan would I check every word and every document"

So to go back to my request, you are being given one final opportunity to perform.

I require Mr Bich to verify a very profound item he has in his possession of his own free will, for the benefit of the people of Vietnam.
