Tình hình môi trường đầu tư hiện tại ở Việt Nam không thuận lợi cho lắm, cho dù thị trường này vẫn còn có rất nhiều cơ hội. Một số quy định pháp luật mới được thông qua gần đây thậm chí còn làm cho việc kinh doanh ở Việt Nam khó khăn hơn, kể cả đối với dự án mới và dự án cũ.
