Bước 1: Rửa mặt

Em này có dạng lỏng, hơi sệt một tẹo, không mùi và tạo bọt vừa phải. Ở bước này Clinique cũng đưa cho bạn 2 sự lựa chọn với các loại da khác nhau: Da khô, hỗn hợp thiên khô dùng loại lotion+; da dầu, hỗn hợp thiên dầu dùng loại gel (tớ dùng loại này) còn bạn nào da thường thì dùng loại nào cũng được nhé.
