Đề tài gồm ba chương:
Chương 1: Cơ sở lý luận về phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính và một số mô hình lý thuyết áp dụng trong lựa chọn danh mục đầu tư của doanh nghiệp.
Chương 2: Thực trạng phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính tại Công ty Cổ phần Dược-Thiết bị y tế Đà Nẵng giai đoạn 2012-2014 và định hướng lựa chọn danh mục đầu tư.
Chương 3: Một số kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động tài chính và lựa chọn danh mục đầu tư tối ưu tại Công ty Cổ phần Dược-Thiết bị y tế Đà Nẵng trong thời gian tới.
