Các bên sẽ không phải chịu trách nhiệm bởi các quy định của Hợp đồng nếu xảy ra Sự kiện bất khả kháng ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tới việc thực hiện các nghĩa vụ quy định trong Hợp đồng.

The parties will not be held liable by the provisions of the contract if the event directly influences the performance of the obligation specified in the contract.

The parties will not be held responsible by the provisions of the contract if the occurrence of a force majeure event directly affects the performance of the obligations specified in the contract.
