Tiêu biểu có thể kể đến các ngân hàng lớn như ACB, Sacombank, Techcombank, VietinBank, VIB… Các ngân hàng này thông qua Quỹ ủy thác tín dụng xanh (GCTF) do Chính phủ Thụy Sỹ thành lập tại Việt Nam đã bắt đầu triển khai khá hiệu quả các hoạt động cho vay có bảo lãnh đối với các dự án thân thiện với môi trường
