ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh đã giao nhiệm vụ cho Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư phối hợp cùng các Sở, Ban, Ngành kiểm tra, rà soát lại các quy hoạch; Xây dựng cơ chế thực hiện lồng nghép hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp đầu tư vào nông nghiệp, nông thôn trên địa bàn tỉnh.Tham mưu cho UBND tỉnh ban hành Quyết định số 1211/QĐ-UBND ngày 17/7/2015 phê duyệt danh mục dự án thu hút đầu tư, khuyến khích doanh nghiệp đầu tư vào nông nghiệp nông thôn trên địa bàn tỉnh Lạng Sơn giai đoạn 2016 – 2020.
