Quản lý, giám sát công việc kỹ thuật (an toàn, PCCC…) tại tòa nhà. Chịu trách nhiệm chính về vận hành kỹ thuật tại tòa nhà
- Quản lý nhân viên và bố trí, phân công công việc, ca trực cho nhân viên
- Xem xét và ký duyệt các hồ sơ đăng ký thi công
- Tổ chức nghiệm thu sau bảo trì, bảo hành, sửa chữa hệ thống kỹ thuật, công trình tại tòa nhà

Manage, oversee technical work (safe FIRE PROTECTION, ...) in the building. The main responsibility of technical operators in the building-Employee management and layout, work assignment, shifts for employees-Reviewed and signed the application in construction-Organization of trials after the maintenance, repair, warranty technical system, works in the building
