Thời gian làm việc : Buổi Sáng từ 6h15 đến 9h30
- Chào đón khách ngay khi khách đặt chân vào nhà hàng và cám ơn mỗi khi khách ra về ;
- Cử chỉ, giọng nói lịch sự, niềm nở, lễ phép ;
- Nắm rõ tình trạng bàn, để thông báo khách kịp thời ;
- Nắm số lượng khách ra vào nhà hàng ;
- Báo cáo tình hình đặt bàn cho quản lý vào mỗi đầu ca ;
- Báo cáo với quản lý tất cả các sự cố xảy ra trong nhà hàng ;
- Bảo quản, quản lý các vật dụng làm việc ;
- Làm sạch và sắp xếp lại khu vực làm việc vào cuối ca.
