The subject "analysis of the factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality of postal insurance company Rabbit" was performed from November 2014 through April, 2015. The content of the subject is to assess the extent of the influence of quality of service factor 5: tangible media, the response, reliability, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of the customer. From that proposed solutions to improve the quality of services in order to better respond to the needs of customers join the casualty insurance services at the company.Its subject is handled through the software SPSS 16.0 with sample size 250 and the methods used in the subject include: descriptive statistics, testing the reliability of scales with Cronbach coefficient Alpha, discovery factor analysis (EFA) and Binary Logistic regression analysis.Results analysis shows 4 factor of the quality of services, including: customer service, the response, infrastructure and reliability have a positive correlation with the satisfaction of our customers.
