Tăng cường kiểm soát nội bộ nhằm ngăn ngừa và phát hiện những thiếu sót trong lúc cho vay hoặc phát sinh sau khi cho vay, ứng phó kịp thời trước khi xảy ra các tổn thất tín dụng.
