I like to eat fast food. I guess kids like me and have such interest, but fast food is not good for health. I'm moving away from this hobby. To myself healthy, I'll eat a sufficient amount of food and spices. I eat rice or bread for the body to have enough energy. I will eat meat, eggs, fish, especially vegetables and other dishes. Water is extremely important for the body. That is why I will drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day, and drink more water types, such as milk, juice ... With this diet, I believe I can stay healthy good.
