1. Mục tiêu
Mục tiêu chung:
Xây dựng công cụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định ứng phó lũ lụt trên cơ sở thiết lập mạng thông tin và cảnh báo ngập lụt tại cộng đồng thường xuyên bị ngập hạ lưu sông Vu Gia - Thu Bồn tỉnh Quảng Nam.
Mục tiêu cụ thể:
Thiết lập mạng thông tin hai chiều giữa cộng đồng dân cư vùng ngập lụt và cơ quan phòng chống lụt bão tỉnh dựa trên các vết lũ được điều tra lũ năm 2013 và các trận lũ lớn đã xảy ra các năm gần đây từ các hoạt động, đề tài, dự án đã triển khai trên địa bàn tỉnh.
2. Phạm vi nghiên cứu
Dự án sẽ thực hiện tại các vùng ngập sâu hạ lưu sông Vu Gia - Thu Bồn thuộc các huyện Đại Lộc, Duy Xuyên, Điện Bàn, Hội An, một số xã Quế Sơn, Nông Sơn tỉnh Quảng Nam.
