- Do tính chất là đoàn ghép khách lẻ nên bên B có trách nhiệm gom khách đủ đoàn từ 10 người trở lên. Nếu số lượng đoàn dưới 10 người và bên B không thể tập hợp đủ khách theo ngày khởi hành như trên thì bên B có trách nhiệm báo cho bên A trước ngày khởi hành 4 ngày và hoàn trả lại toàn bộ số tiền mà bên A đã thanh toán cho bên B, thỏa thuận với bên A về ngày khởi hành mới nếu cần.
