Hệ thống cáp treo hiện đại Bà Nà được đầu tư xây dựng theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của hiệp hội cáp treo thế giới với công nghệ của Áo - quốc gia đứng đầu thế giới về công nghệ cáp treo. Toàn bộ thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu xây dựng cáp treo đều được nhập khẩu từ Châu Âu với công suất phục vụ 1.500 khách/giờ, thời gian di chuyển từ ga đi và ga đến, hoặc ngược lại là 15 phút với vận tốc 6m/s.
