- Đảm bảo tính chính xác của chứng từ về hàng hóa xuất-nhập trên tàu trước khi trình hải quan.
- Đảm bảo việc báo hàng/giao hàng cho khách hàng tuân thủ theo đúng quy trình và thủ tục pháp lý.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong công ty: bộ phận đại lý, tally, kế toán để việc khai thác tàu/hàng được nhanh chóng, thuận lợi, đảm bảo công việc chung của công ty cũng như công việc thuộc bộ phận chứng từ.
