l) Trong trường hợp hủy dự án theo

l) Trong trường hợp hủy dự án theo đề nghị của Khách hàng, Khách hàng phải trả chi phí cho H-SAC theo quy định sau:
- Sau khi bắt đầu dự án: 50% trị giá hợp đồng;
- Sau khi bắt đầu giai đoạn Fieldwork: 100% trị giá hợp đồng
Trong trường hợp huỷ dự án theo đề nghị của H-SAC, H-SAC phải hoàn trả lại mọi khoản thanh toán mà Khách hàng đã chuyển cho H-SAC sau khi đã trừ những khoản chi phí phát sinh cho đến thời điểm hủy dự án. Chi phí phát sinh này sẽ được sự thống nhất giữa 2 bên.

l) In case of canceling the project at the request of the Customer, Customer must pay for the H-SAC in accordance with the following provisions:
- After the start of the project: 50% of the contract value;
- After the start fieldwork period: 100% of the contract value
in case of cancellation of the project as proposed by the H-SAC, H-SAC shall refund any payments that customers have switched to H-SAC after deducting costs incurred to date to cancel the project. Costs incurred will be unity between the two parties.
