Bên B đã hoàn thành công việc của Hợp đồng, đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu của bên A.
Tiến độ công việc do bên B thực hiện đáp ứng được yêu cầu của bên A.
Điều 2: Giá trị thanh lý hợp đồng
- Giá trị hợp đồng : 110.000.000 đồng
- Giá trị tạm ứng : 55.000.000 đồng
- Số tiền đề nghị thanh toán : 55.000.000 đồng
(Bằng chữ: Năm mươi lăm triệu đồng chẵn).
Điều 3: Điều khoản chung
- Bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán hết cho bên B số tiền trên ngay sau khi hai bên ký kết thanh lý hợp đồng.
- Sau khi hoàn thành toàn bộ việc thanh lý nêu trên thì hợp đồng số TVS-URENCO/20152001 kí ngày 21 tháng 12 năm 2015 được thanh lý, không còn hiệu lực.
Biên bản thanh lý này được lập thành 02 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, bên A giữ 01 bản, bên B giữ 01 bản.
