Bên A sẽ thanh toán tiền thuê cho B

Bên A sẽ thanh toán tiền thuê cho Bên B là 3.000.000đ (Ba triệu đồng) ngay khi ký hợp đồng. Bên A cam kết đến ngày 04/11/2016 sẽ thanh toán phần tiền còn lại của 6 tháng thuê đầu tiên. Nếu bên A không hoàn thành việc thanh toán vào ngày 04/11/2016 thì xem như thanh lý hợp đồng và mất phần tiền 3.000.000vnđ trên.
