Tổng số căn hộ mà PVFC đã mua là 92 căn, PVFC đã ký hợp đồng số 01/HDDV.2013 ngày 7/1/2013 với Công ty CP đầu tư - kinh doanh và BĐS Vietland để thực hiện bán số căn hộ nói trên.Trong thời gian đăng tin khi khách hàng đăng ký mua, PVFC ủy quyền cho bên môi giới được phép thu tiền đặt cọc của khách hàng và bên môi giới phải chuyển tiền đặt cọc này sau 01 ngày. Sau đó bên mua căn hộ sẽ thanh toán trực tiếp tiền đặt cọc bằng tiền mặt cho PVFC HCM hoặc chuyển vào TK của PVFC HCM.
