Do vị trí quan trắc nằm trong khu dân cư với nhiều tàu thuyền qua lại nên nước sông trong khu vực bị nhiễm chất hữu cơ và dầu mỡ, tuy nhiên kết quả này không thay đổi đáng kể so với số liệu nền.
