Còn người Việt trẻ chỉ chăm chăm xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt giữa các thành viên trong đội, tỏ ra rất coi trọng bạn bè nên những cuộc tranh luận thường được đè nén cho có vẻ nhẹ nhàng. Đôi khi có cãi nhau vặt theo kiểu công tư lẵn lộn. Còn đối với sếp, tranh luận với sếp được coi như một biểu hiện của không tôn trọng, không biết trên dưới, được đánh giá sang lĩnh vực đạo đức, thái độ làm việc. “Dĩ hoà vi quý” mà, việc xây dựng được một mối quan hệ tốt giữa các thành viên quan trọng hơn việc một công trình bị chậm tiến độ.
