After the first review in 1994, standard set consists of 24 standard with 3 models to ensure basic quality (ISO9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 9003) and some standard guidelines; Once the second review in 2000, the ISO 9000: 2000 are merged and change left 4 main criteria:
