Phần nhập thông tin sản phẩm theo trên tivi như sau:
- Có 02 đầu bấm số sử dụng cho Công Nhân và KCS bấm.
- Cách hoạt động của bảng:
• Ô kế hoạch tổng, kế hoạch ngày nhịp độ sản xuất kế hoạch do quản lý nhập.
• Ô nhịp độ sản xuất kế hoạch = tổng thời gian làm việc tính bằng giây : tổng sản phẩm làm ra.
• Ô nhịp độ sản xuất thực hiện = tổng thời gian thực tế : tổng sản phẩm thực hiện thực tế.
• Ô thực hiện ngày do công nhân nhập.
• Ô lũy kế thực hiện = lũy kế của ô sản phẩm đạt.
• Ô sản phẩm đạt do kiểm hàng bấm.
• Ô tỷ lệ đạt/ ngày = (số sản phẩm đạt/ ngày : thực hiện/ ngày)*100%
