Gánh nặng nợ vẫn hàng ngày đè lên vai người dân và đặc biệt là các nhà lãnh đạo quốc gia chịu trách nhiệm về các khoản nợ công. Vì thế làm thế nào sử dụng nợ nước ngoài có hiệu quả nhất là trách nhiệm chung của tất cả mọi người chứ không phải của riêng ai. Từ cuộc khủng khoảng Nợ công ở Hy Lạp nói riêng và Châu âu nói chung một lần nữa cho chúng ta thấy kinh tế Việt Nam cũng như nền kinh tế toàn cầu vẫn đang tiềm ẩn những rủi ro, khi tăng trưởng kinh tế dựa quá nhiều vào dòng vốn đầu tư từ bên ngoài như Mỹ, hay một số nước có nền kinh tế lớn và phát triển trên thế giới vơi tầm ảnh hưởng cũng như tầm quan trọng đối với các nước nói chung và Việt Nam nói riêng. Đối với tình trạng của Việt Nam cũng giống như một số nước Châu âu như Hy Lạp có những yếu tố dẫn tới khủng hoảng như : thâm hụt tài khoản vãng lai kéo dài, quản lý kém trong chi tiêu công. Đặc biệt đối với Việt Nam hiện nay thì vấn đề tham nhũng trong Chi tiêu công đã gây thất thoát nghiêm trọng, ảnh hưởng đến vấn đề phát triển kinh tế bền vững tại Việt Nam. Chỉ có tái cấu trúc nền kinh tế và cải thiện chất lượng tăng trưởng cùng với giám sát và quản lý chặt chẽ trong Chi tiêu công mới giúp Việt Nam duy trì tăng trưởng trong những năm tiếp theo. Hy vọng sẽ có thêm những bài nghiên cứu của các nhà kinh tế về đề tại phức tạp và cấp thiết này.

The debt burden remains on the shoulders of people daily and especially national leaders responsible for the debt. So how to use the most effective external debt is the responsibility of all the people, not their own. From the Debt crisis in Greece in particular and Europe in General again shows us economy of Vietnam as well as the global economy is still latent risks, when economic growth relies too much on investment capital flows from outside the U.S., or as some countries have large and growing economies in the world with as well as influence the importance for the country in General and Vietnam in particular. With regard to the status of Vietnam just as some European countries like Greece there are elements leading to a crisis such as the current account deficit, poor management of public spending. Especially for Vietnam today, the issue of corruption in public spending have caused serious losses, affect the issue of sustainable economic development in Vietnam. Only restructure the economy and improve the quality of growth together with tight management and monitoring in new public spending to help Vietnam maintain growth in subsequent years. Hope there will be more research articles of economists on the topic in this urgent and complex.
