Sau khi vẽ xong sơ đồ tư duy hay truyện minh họa thì tôi sẽ dành thời gian để học thuộc nó nhưng không học vẹt mà vừa đọc vừa tưởng tượng. Sau một thời gian áp dụng phương pháp này lực học môn xã hội của tôi lên rất nhanh và cái quan trọng hơn nữa là tôi đã tích lũy cho bản thân được một vốn kiến thức. Riêng đối với môn Tiếng Anh, ban đầu tôi định học theo phương pháp chắp ghép từ mới. Ví dụ như từ forebear có nghĩa là tổ tiên tôi sẽ tác thành từ for và bear và bắt đầu tưởng tượng ngày xưa tổ tiên của tôi có nuôi bốn con gấu. Từ đó tôi sẽ suy ra được từ forebear có nghĩa là tổ tiên. Nhưng ở thời điểm đó tôi không hề có vốn về từ vựng tiếng anh nên không thể áp dụng ngay cách này được. tôi lại bắt đầu tìm phương pháp học sơ cấp thuần túy hơn nhưng dĩ nhiên phải là dễ nhớ. Đầu tiên tôi sẽ học thuộc tiếng anh theo cụm từ và ngữ cảnh, tôi sẽ không bắt bản thân phải nhớ rõ chi tiết nghĩa từng từ trong đó mà tôi sẽ chỉ nhớ theo nghĩa cả câu bao gồm ngữ cảnh. Sau khi học 5 từ/ 5 cụm từ tôi sẽ bắt đầu quá trình chắp ghép hình ảnh thành một câu chuyện vô lí, không có thực. để làm điều đó dễ dàng thì dĩ nhiên 5 cụm từ tôi học phải thuộc cùng một chủ đề nào đó. Đó là cách học của tôi về phần từ vựng, còn về phần ngữ pháp tôi nghĩ chỉ cần làm hết bài tập cô giáo giao trên lớp là đủ. Lúc đầu tôi học tiếng anh như thế thì tôi thấy khả năng tiếng anh của tôi cũng không tốt lên là bao nhiêu đặc biệt là khả năng giao tiếp. Tôi lại bắt đầu đi tìm lỗ hổng, thì ra tôi chưa có kĩ năng ôn tập đúng mức. Vậy là tôi lên lịch ôn tập, mỗi ngày khi học 5 từ mới tiếp theo tôi sẽ ôn lại phần bài đã học hôm trước và tự tập giao tiếp trước gương mỗi sáng mai thức dậy. Sau một thời gian trình độ tiếng anh của tôi tăng lên đáng kể.
Đó là về môn xã hội, còn đối với những môn tự nhiên như Toán lí hóa tôi nghĩ chỉ cần hiểu bản chất của vấn đề thì mọi việc đều có thể giải quyết. Dĩ nhiên quá trình hiểu bản chất vấn đề của tôi cũng không phải dễ, để đạt được điều đó trước khi đến lớp tôi chỉ đọc sơ qua, lướt qua phần ngày mai sẽ học. Lên lớp chú ý lắng nghe giảng bài, về nhà học và làm bài tập đầy đủ và cố gắng liên hệ với thực tế là ổn.
Còn về thời gian phân bố học tập của tôi cũng không cố định cho lắm, nhưng buổi tối tôi thường dành thời gian học những môn tự nhiên, buổi sáng thức dậy sớm tầm 4-5h để học môn Xã hội đặc biệt là tiếng anh.
Tôi cũng thường chuẩn bị cho kế hoạch thi từ rất sớm, ít nhất là một tuần, tôi cố gắng nắm hết lịch thi rồi phân bố thời gian ôn tập cho thật chi tiết và hợp lí,cố gắng tối trước ngày thi tôi đã nắm trọn vẹn kiến thức và tối đó chỉ dành ôn tập lại.
Tôi nghĩ phương pháp học tập của tôi cũng chưa hợp lí lắm nhưng tôi luôn cố gắng cải thiện để có kết quả tốt nhất trong một khoảng thời gian tối ưu
