Nguồn nhân lực trong công ty được theo dõi và quản lý rất chặt chẽ cả về mặt số lượng và chất lượng. Cứ 3 tháng một lần, công ty tiến hành kiểm tra, thống kê và phân loại lực lượng lao động một lần theo nhiều tiêu chí khác nhau. Tính đến thời điểm 30/6/2014, tổng số lao động của công ty là 317 người, trong đó, có 89 lao động nữ chiếm 28.1%, còn lại là lao động nam. Số lao động nữ của công ty tương đối ổn định, ít biến động, chỉ dao động trong khoảng 87 – 90 người trong vòng 5 năm trở lại đây. Theo tính chất, công ty có 212 lao động trực tiếp tham gia vào quá trình sản xuất và 105 lao động còn lại là lao động gián tiếp.
Phân loại lao động theo địa điểm làm việc:
- Lao động quản lý hành chính tại trụ sở: 93 người
- Lao động tại xí nghiệp giấy: 188 người
- Lao động thuộc ban dăm mảnh tại các địa điểm dăm mảnh: 36 người
