Bên A sẽ có trách nhiệm nghiệm thu

Bên A sẽ có trách nhiệm nghiệm thu công trình cho bên B chậm nhất là 07 (bảy) ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo yêu cầu nghiệm thu công trình của Bên B.
- Bồi thường cho Bên B nếu vi phạm Hợp đồng gây thiệt hại cho Bên B.
- Có nghĩa vụ thanh toán cho Bên B đúng như thỏa thuận.
- Các quyền và nghĩa vụ khác nêu tại Hợp đồng này.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A will be responsible to the company B of 7 (seven) days from the date of the notice requirements of company B.-Compensation for Party B if breach of contract caused damages to Side B.-The obligation for the payment the party B as agreement.-The rights and obligations stated in this contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party A will be responsible for the acceptance of works B, within 07 (seven) days after receiving notice of acceptance of the request of Party B.
- Compensation for Party B if the violation causes Contract damage to Party B.
- There are obligations to pay for Party B as agreed.
- The rights and obligations specified in this agreement.
