Nghiên cứu và tham mưu Giám đốc Nhà máy, Ban Tổng Giám đốc trong công tác cải tiến (hoặc mua mới) công nghệ sản xuất, máy móc thiết bị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
Xây dựng các quy trình công nghệ sản xuất sản phẩm mới nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu chất lượng sản phẩm theo đúng quy định của Công ty. Thực hiện công tác quản lý chất lượng theo đúng các thủ tục, quy trình công việc, biểu mẫu và các quy định khác trong hệ thống quản lý chất lượng
kiểm soát chặt chẽ nguyên phụ liệu đầu trước khi nhập kho đảm bảo chất lượng đáp ứng tốt nhất cho nhu cầu sản xuất.
