In this study, the survey has been conducted as research methods to collect information and data. In General, the survey is the most common research techniques in market research. Asked if the structure has also been launched to target respondents in obtaining specific information. In other words, the survey was used to collect their comments related to the issues at hand. There are four different types of surveys including the interview over the telephone, personal interview, mail interview and the interview online. For this study, there are two types of interviews that will be passed as individual interviews and online interviews.
