Improving the quality of human resources in the following aspects:-About professionalism: To expand and develop credit activity in General, consumer loans in particular, the Bank needs to have a structure closely, and sync, build the solidarity, creativity, have high sense of responsibility. Besides, the need to regularly planned to organize professional training, policy, legislation, levels of analysis, project appraisal, ...
