Phát biểu tại buổi làm việc, Bộ trưởng Lê Vĩnh Tân đã có những đánh giá, ghi nhận và biểu dương nỗ lực và kết quả đạt được của Cơ sở Học viện. Bộ trưởng Lê Vĩnh Tân yêu cầu Học viện Hành chính Quốc gia nói chung, Cơ sở Học viện Hành chính Quốc gia khu vực miền Trung nói riêng tiếp tục đẩy mạnh công tác đào tạo, bồi dưỡng cán bộ, công chức phục vụ cho nền công vụ; tang cường liên kết đào tạo quốc tế để nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo, bồi dưỡng cán bộ công chức.
Kết thúc buổi làm việc, Bộ trưởng Lê Vĩnh Tân, Thứ trưởng Bộ Nội vụ Triệu Văn Cường đã đi thăm cơ sở vật chất và trồng cây lưu niệm tại Cơ sở Học viện Khu vực Miền Trung.
