Để dự báo các khoản tiền vay và tiền gửi cho một khoản thời gian trong tương lai (tháng hoặc quý), ngân hàng có thể dùng các biến số thống kê kinh tế và xác định mối quan hệ giữa chúng với xu hướng vận động của tiền vay và tiền gửi.
