Overview of regulations and international HCFC use in Vietnam:
Why must cut toward completely eliminating HCFC production out on a global scale?
The answer is to protect life man on earth.
anybody, irrespective developed countries or developing are faced with a series of risk of disease when HCFC did Deplete the ozone layer is a shield protecting life on earth from harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun.
Vietnam has ratified the Montreal Protocol from January 1/1994. Under the direction of the Government, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in collaboration with the ministries concerned to completely eliminate CFCs, halons and CTC from January 1, 2010.
By 2030, Vietnam will follow the route completely eliminate HCFC consumption.
Bureau of Meteorology, hydrology and climate change, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment held in collaboration with the UN UNIDO industrial development, construction and deployment "pilot project reduced emissions of greenhouse gases and substances that deplete the ozone layer through technology transfer using HC-290 in cold storage "in the period from 2014 to 2016.
the purpose and results of the project activities :
the object of the project towards the food processing enterprises and seafood, this is the most used areas of R22 in Vietnam in cold storage. Enterprises will be supported conversion technology, improve energy efficiency chillers to eliminate the use of R22 in cold storage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The conversion technology piloted at 04 companies. The list has now been provided 25 cluster R290 refrigeration equipment using alternative for chillers using R22 before.
In only a short time, this transition took place successfully
