Nghiên cứu đánh giá thực trạng biến động về số lượng và chất lượng đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa nước vùng Tây Bắc thuộc vùng Trung du miền núi phía Bắc - Việt Nam.
- Đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản lý, sử dụng đất ruộng bậc thang trồng lúa vùng nghiên cứu nhằm tăng cường công tác quản lý nhà nước về đất trồng lúa ở các tỉnh Trung du miền núi phía Bắc - Việt Nam.
