Điều 5. Bất khả kháng
Một hoặc cả hai Bên sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm do không thực hiện Hợp đồng vì gặp phải sự kiện bất khả kháng ngoài khả năng kiểm soát của một hoặc các bên. Vì mục đích của hợp đồng này, sự kiện bất khả kháng là sự kiện không lường trước được vượt quá khả năng kiểm soát của một hoặc các bên như lệnh khẩn cấp của cơ quan có thẩm quyền, đình công bệnh dịch, thiên tai, chiến tranh, hoặc một sự kiện có bản chất tương tự.

Article 5. Force majeureOne or both parties will not be responsible by not performing the contract because of encountering unforeseen event beyond the control of one or other party. For the purposes of this contract, force majeure events unforeseeable events beyond the control of a party or as an emergency order of the competent authorities, strike the epidemic, natural disaster, war, or an event of similar nature.

Article 5. Force Majeure
One or both parties will not be responsible for failure to perform the contract as having the force majeure events beyond the control of one or both parties. For the purposes of this contract, the force majeure event is an event unforeseen beyond the control of one or both parties as emergency orders of the competent authority, strikes epidemics, natural disasters, war, or an event of similar nature.
