Điều khoản bất khả kháng ( miễn ) của Phòng Thương mại quốc tế ( ấn phẩm ICC số 421 ) tại đây được đưa vào hợp đồng này.
Mỗi bên trong vòng 24 giờ thông báo cho bên kia biết về bất kỳ sự kiện bất khả kháng ảnh hưởng đến nghĩa vụ của mình theo Hợp đồng này cùng với chứng cứ theo tài liệu do Phòng Thương mại tại nơi có sự cố xảy ra hoặc do cơ quan có thẩm quyền liên quan đến nguyên nhân này.
Nếu ảnh hưởng của bất khả kháng vẫn tiếp tục trong hơn 30 ngày liên tiếp, hai bên có quyền hủy bỏ hợp đồng này.

Article 1: force majeureTerms (long) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC publication No. 446) are put into the contract.Each side within 24 hours to notify the other party of any unforeseen events affecting his obligations under this contract, together with the evidence according to the document issued by the Chamber of Commerce in the place where the incident occurred or by the competent authorities relating to this cause.If the effect of force majeure continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either side has the right to cancel this contract.

Each party shall within 24 hours notify the other party of any Any event of force majeure affecting its obligations under this contract together with the evidence according to documents prepared by the Chamber of Commerce at where the accident occurred or by the competent authorities relating to this cause.
If impact of force majeure continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may cancel this agreement.
