4.1 Thời hạn thanh toán: LGEVH sẽ thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản cho NCC trong vòng 45 ngày sau khi NCC hoàn tất việc giao hàng và xuất hoá đơn hợp lệ do Bộ tài chính phát hành theo quy định tài chính hiện hành cho LGEVH, căn cứ trên Biên bản bàn giao hàng có sự xác nhận của đại diện hợp pháp của hai bên.
