Trong tổ chức của tôi, đa phần mọi người thường có suy nghĩ mọi việc làm sai đều không có hậu quả lớn và luôn được một người khác sửa chữa dùm mình. Mặc dù đôi khi việc làm đó rất quan trọng và gây ảnh hưởng lớn đến lợi ích của cả tổ chức. Họ nhận biết được điều đó nhưng họ vẫn không thhay đổi bởi vì họ đã không bị hình thức xử lý kỷ luật xứng đáng và họ sẽ luôn như vậy.
