Với việc bạn đưa ra mức phạt quá cao (1.955.1 usd) cty chúng tôi không thể chấp nhận vì ông không đưa ra được bằng chứng cụ thể ,cũng như trong suốt quá trính SX đơn hàng chúng t ôi không nhận được phản hồi về việc khách không đồng ý xuất hàng do lỗi của bên cty chúng tôi.
Đơn hàng này cty chúng tôi đã phải SX trong những TG rất gấp để đáp ứng được đúng TG cho bên ông xuất hàng đúng ngày cho khách, và đến nay theo các chứng từ XNK đơn hàng này bên DHA đã xuất thuận lợi không xảy ra vấn đề gì, các chi phí liên quan đến tài chính bị tăng cao do cty chúng tôi phải bố trí thêm máy thêu và tăng giờ làm việc để đáp ứng đủ hàng cho nhà máy kịp giao hàng đã làm tăng thêm các định mức nguyên phụ liệu đi kèm v.v.....
Cũng vì muốn được hợp tác lâu dài với bên ông cty chúng tôi đã chấp nhận giảm giá thành xuống 30% trên tổng SL hàng cho cả 4mã hàng 101/103&102/104 tương đương với trên 3.000usd, nay ông lại muốn tiếp tục phạt 2.000usd nữa vậy cty chúng tôi sẽ phải hoạt động thế nào đây???

Với các chứng từ Xuất nhập hàng trong suốt quá trình SX đơn hàng với bên cty DHA và với các chứng từ XNK thuận lợi của bên DHA với bên Hải quan Việt Nam, cty chúng tôi đề nghị bên ông thanh toán đủ số tiền theo invoi chúng tôi đã chuyển sang và chúng tôi chỉ đồng ý phạt 5% như trong cuộc trao đổi trực tiếp với ông.
