Nếu thời gian của bất kì lần trì hoãn có thể tha thứ nào do bên mua gây ra hoặc dẫn ra ít nhất là một trăm hai mươi ngày, và trong vòng ba mươi ngày tiếp theo các bên không đạt được thỏa thuận về việc thực hiện các nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng này trên cơ sở được sửa đổi (bao gồm điều chỉnh việc thu mua toàn bộ), dựa vào đó bên bán có thể thông báo hủy bỏ hợp đồng này bằng văn bản. If the duration of any delay excusable by the buyer causes or leads out of at least one hundred and twenty days, and within thirty days the parties do not reach agreement on the implementation of the obligations under this contract on a modified basis (including the entire procurement adjustment) based on that, the seller may cancel this contract notice in writing. At the same time, the cancellation is considered to occur in accordance with the provisions in the account from (b) to (e) of clause 23 of this agreement (terms of termination and cancellation of the contract)
