1.1. Kết quả hoạt động đào tạo
Năm 1999, tôi được tuyển dụng về công tác tại Bộ môn Mác Lênin - Trường Đại học Ngoại thương, với vai trò là giảng viên, hoạt động đào tạo của tôi chủ yếu tập trung vào 3 hướng chính:
Một là, Tham gia giảng dạy bậc đại học các học phần: giảng dạy môn Lịch sử các học thuyết kinh tế với số giờ giảng dạy bình quân 300 giờ/năm học (bao gồm giảng lý thuyết; hướng dẫn thảo luận nhóm; hướng dẫn khóa luận tốt nghiệp cho sinh viên chuyên ngành kinh tế đối ngoại và thương mại quốc tế; chấm thi tốt nghiệp và chấm tiểu luận môn Kinh tế chính trị, chấm khóa luận cho sinh viên chuyên ngành Kinh tế đối ngoại và Thương mại Quốc tế).
Hai là, Hoạt động tự học, tự đào tạo- đây được coi là nhiệm vụ rất quan trọng của cá nhân để học hỏi, mở rộng trí thức cả về 2 mặt lý luận và thực tế để phục vụ chuẩn bị các bài giảng, giáo án; tự học và trau dồi phương pháp thuyết trình, phương pháp giảng dạy tích cực, học hỏi từ các nhà giáo có kinh nghiệm lâu năm.
Ba là, Tham gia các khóa đào tạo để nâng cao chất lượng, phương pháp sư phạm và giảng dạy đại học, đặc biệt là đào tạo nâng cao trình độ (được cấp bằng Thạc sĩ Kinh tế chính trị năm 2004, cấp bằng Tiến sĩ Kinh tế năm 2013).
Những hoạt động trên đã hỗ trợ rất lớn cho tôi trong giai đoạn đầu của sự nghiệp, giúp cho tôi từng bước hoàn thiện và nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo (giảng dạy và hướng dẫn) các học phần được phân công đảm nhiệm, giúp cho tôi làm chủ được các bài giảng, thực hành được các phương pháp giảng dạy tiên tiến, hiện đại và được tập thể đồng nghiệp đánh giá hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ đào tạo, được sinh viên phản hồi tích cực về chất lượng bài giảng.

1.1.
